At Recharge, we’ve reimagined wellness to work more like a fitness membership rather than a traditional spa visit. Instead of paying for individual sessions every time you come in, our members enjoy unlimited access to a wide range of wellness and recovery therapies designed to help you feel your best consistently.

We believe wellness works best when it becomes part of your lifestyle — not just something you do once in a while. Just like going to the gym, taking care of your body and mind regularly leads to better long-term results. That’s why we offer flexible unlimited wellness passes by the day, week, or month, so you can choose what fits your schedule and goals best.

Since opening in 2020, thousands of clients have made Recharge part of their routine, using our therapies to support recovery, energy, stress relief, sleep, performance, skin health, and overall wellness. Whether you're here to recover, recharge, or simply take time for yourself, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

We know that trying something new can feel overwhelming, especially with so many therapies to choose from, but don’t worry — our staff will walk you through everything, answer your questions, and help customize your experience based on your goals and comfort level.

WHEN DOES MY PASS START?

Your pass begins on the date of your first scheduled appointment — not the day you purchase it. This gives you the flexibility to secure promotional pricing now and start your wellness journey whenever you’re ready.

While your pass is active, you can schedule as many sessions as you’d like for the therapies included with your membership. We also never want you to feel rushed — unused passes do not expire, and if you ever receive an automated expiration notice, simply contact our team and we’ll gladly assist you.

For guests purchasing a 1-Day Pass, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure the best availability for the therapies you’d like to experience. All sessions are reserved ahead of time so your visit flows smoothly with little to no waiting between therapies.​

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER SPECIALS

We love welcoming new guests to Recharge, which is why we offer exclusive first-time customer specials designed to help you experience everything we have to offer.

First-time customer pricing and promotions are only available during your initial visit to the club. Once your first visit has ended, you will no longer qualify for introductory offers. However, if you purchase a Groupon or promotional pass before your visit, you may still upgrade to one of our first-time unlimited memberships while you are in the club for your first appointment.

If you begin with a 1-Day Pass and decide you’d like to continue your wellness journey with a monthly membership, we’ll apply the cost of your original day pass back toward your upgrade. Day Pass refunds are valid until the end of business hours on the same day as your scheduled appointments.

To ensure every guest has a comfortable experience and consistent access to therapies, Recharge limits the number of promotional and unlimited passes sold each month. This helps us maintain availability, reduce overcrowding, and create a relaxing environment for all members.

HOW DO PASSES WORK?

Once you purchase your pass, you’ll unlock access to our online booking calendar where you can begin scheduling your sessions. Your membership allows you to reserve as many appointments as you’d like for all therapies included with your selected pass during your active membership period.

We’ve designed the booking process to be simple, flexible, and stress-free. All sessions are reserved ahead of time so your experience feels organized and seamless when you arrive. You can also choose your preferred start date at checkout if you’d like to secure a promotional offer now and activate your pass later.

Many of our therapies help promote collagen production, circulation, cellular repair, detoxification, hydration, and overall skin rejuvenation from the inside out.

To make skin-focused wellness more accessible, we created a dedicated Unlimited Skin Pass that includes unlimited access to many of our most popular skin-supportive therapies. Whether your goals are anti-aging, acne support, skin tightening, glow enhancement, or overall skin maintenance, our team can help guide you toward the best therapies for your needs.

To maintain a relaxing experience and ensure therapy availability for all guests, Recharge limits the number of passes sold each month. This helps reduce overcrowding and allows every member to enjoy the full benefits of the club.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No — there are absolutely no contracts, hidden fees, or long-term commitments required at Recharge.

We believe wellness should be flexible and accessible, which is why our memberships are designed to be simple and straightforward. Your pass gives you unlimited access to the therapies included in your membership for the duration you selected, without the pressure of lengthy agreements or complicated cancellation policies.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

Absolutely. You can cancel your unlimited pass at any time directly online, through the app, or in-club with our team.

We’ve made the process quick and hassle-free because we want members to feel comfortable coming and going as needed. If you ever decide to return, reactivating your membership is simple and seamless.

To provide the best possible experience for all guests, Recharge limits the number of active passes available each month. This helps maintain therapy availability, reduce overcrowding, and ensure every member has access to the modalities they enjoy most.​

WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN THE THERAPIES TO ME?

Yes, absolutely. With 95+ wellness and recovery therapies available, we understand that your first visit can feel a little overwhelming — and that’s exactly what our team is here for.

We offer complimentary consultations to help guide you through the therapies, answer questions, and build a personalized wellness experience based on your goals, lifestyle, and any current concerns or medical conditions. Whether you’re focused on recovery, stress relief, energy, skin health, sleep, performance, or overall wellness, we’ll help you create a plan that feels comfortable and effective for you.

You’re also welcome to schedule a free consultation before your first visit if you’d like additional guidance ahead of time.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move easily between therapies.

For most guests, shorts and a t-shirt or athletic wear work perfectly. Many therapies can be done fully clothed, while others may be more comfortable in lighter or more breathable clothing. For women, athletic shorts and a sports bra are commonly worn during certain therapies.

If you ever have questions about what to bring or wear for a specific service, our team is always happy to help before your appointment.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes — appointments are highly recommended.

All therapies at Recharge are scheduled and reserved in advance on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure availability and provide a smooth, relaxing experience for every guest. Sessions can easily be booked online or through the Recharge app before your visit.

Booking ahead also helps us create the most efficient flow for your wellness sessions, minimizing wait times and allowing you to get the most out of your experience.

To maintain a comfortable environment and ensure therapy availability, Recharge limits the number of passes sold each month so every member can continue enjoying the club without overcrowding.

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PASSES?

Absolutely, you can purchase as many passes as you wish. Most clients will pair multiple Single Monthly Modalities or add a Single Modality Pass to their Gold Pass.  If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise.

CAN I PURCHASE A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Absolutely, after you make your purchase, we recommend calling or sending us an email so that we can note the account.​

To reduce overcrowding at Recharge a maximum number of passes are sold each month to make sure each customer has access to modalities, and they have a good experience at the club. 

We also offer a gift card you can directly send to your recipient.
